- What we collect
- What you send us by email or through our brief form: your name, email, company, website, and the details, budget and timeline of your project. If you book a call, our scheduling tool records the time and your answers to its questions. This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
- How we use it
- To reply to you, quote, plan and deliver your project, send invoices, and keep the records the law requires. We never sell or rent your information.
- Project files
- Designs, code, data and credentials you share are used only for your project, kept under the NDA we sign before work starts, and shared only with the people working on it. White-label work is never shown publicly.
- Who else sees it
- Only the tools we use to run the business, such as email, our contact form service, scheduling, file storage, code hosting and payments, and only as far as needed. Some of these may store data outside Nigeria.
- How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't turn into projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept as long as needed for the work, support and legal or tax obligations. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't have to keep.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. We follow Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 and, where it applies to you, UK GDPR. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
